Candidates for undergraduate courses are required to hold a minimum of a master’s degree in the preferred subject, doctoral degrees preferred, and related business and industry experience. Adjunct faculty openings at the graduate level requires a doctorate in Health Care Management/ Health Care Administration or a doctorate in Management/Business with an area of specialization in Health Care Management. Technical Services Librarian

St. Gregory’s University, a private institution of higher education in the Catholic and Benedictine tradition, has an opening for a Technology/Technical Services Librarian. This 12 month faculty position carries the rank of Assistant Professor and benefit package includes 32 days of paid vacation in addition to university holidays. This is a great opportunity to expand and build technology skills and be a key player in a small academic library.
Major responsibilities include co-administrator for the Voyager ILS, a UNIX based system; managing connections to electronic resources; overseeing the acquisition of library materials and supplies; and working regular shifts at the Reference Desk.
Candidates must possess an MLS/MLIS degree from an ALA accredited program. Successful candidates will have strong technical, organizational and interpersonal skills and abilities, and may be required to work some nights and weekends.

Dean of Students

Dean of Students for St. Gregory’s University, a Catholic and Benedictine institution located in Shawnee, OK. The position provides leadership for residence life, judicial affairs, several areas of student support, student activities, and student organizations. Other responsibilities include staff supervision, student retention, services for students with disabilities, and budget. The dean will create and foster an environment consistent with the University’s mission; develop, implement and evaluate student life programs; train, schedule, supervise and evaluate Student Services staff; train and supervise the Student Government Association; oversee the New Student Orientation program; maintain the student handbook and student records; and manage student life budgets. In addition to daily office hours, some evening and weekend work will be required.
