Admission to attend St. Gregory's University is considered to be a privilege rather than a right. The University does not discriminate against individuals because of age, sex, race, marital status, physical disability or religious affiliation.
The International Office reserves the right to request any additional information before a decision on admission is made. Providing false or incomplete information on this application for admission may result in a denial of admission or a cancellation of registration.
An international application for admission to St. Gregory's University consists of the following:
- A complete application form with a passport size photograph.
- Official Copies of all academic records which are issued by your previous school(s) with an official school seal or stamp on the documents. It should not be a copy "issued to student".
- Affidavit of financial statement shows support of at least $27,995 for a nine-month period. If any dependents are accompanying the applicant to the United States, an additional amount of $6,000 per year must be shown for the support of the spouse and $3,000 for each child.
- Original TOEFL score of 500 (CBT 173 or iBT 61) or completion of on-campus TLC-Shawnee level 8; or completion of recognized language programs.
- A non-refundable application fee of $40 made payable to St. Gregory's University.
- If you are a transfer student from another school in the US, please provide us with a letter of good standing signed by your International Student Advisor to verify your non-immigrant student status.
- A Personal Education Plan should tell us something about your academic background and your future career plans, particularly in relation to your studies. Optional.
